Under the respected management team of Arthur Schwartz and Robert LaPointe, Comptel Services, Inc. brings over 40 years of telecommunications experience to the table.

Arthur Schwartz, the founder and CEO of Comptel Services, Inc., a well-knownname in the business, has had an industry presence for over 30 years. In the late 1960's, Arthur started National Telephone Services, one of the first NEC distributorships in the United States. He entered the secondary market in 1972, specializing in the Nortel product line. Arthur has continued to develop his niche in the secondary market for the Meridian^® and DMS^® products.He is highly regarded by vendors in both the domestic and international arenas. Arthur is continuing the tradition by bringing his son, Bryan, into the business.

Rob LaPointe, Executive Vice President of Sales and COO of Comptel Services, Inc., has been with Comptel Services, Inc. since it's inception in 1993. In 2000, Rob became a full partner. Rob has an extensive background in both the domestic and international Nortel markets. In addition to his role in sales, Rob is heavily involved in the development of new business strategies, distribution channels and technical support.

Joyce Winer, Treasurer, has been with Comptel Services, Inc. since 1993. During her career, Joyce has held positions within the fields of education, real estate and most recently, finance. Her financial expertise includes the areas of accounts payable, payroll, general accounting and financial reporting. Her diverse experience continues to compliment the growing needs of our organization.
